We’re confident you’ll love your first candle and/or diffuser. But if it’s not what you expected, we’ll refund you—no questions asked. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of one full-size candle and/or diffuser. 

  • If you’re not satisfied, simply reach out within 14 days of delivery. 

  • We’ll issue your refund and respectfully limit future orders, keeping this experience exclusive to new customers.
